For my first 10 founding clients, the audit costs a beer at Line Creek. The two-week Sprint is $2,500, ongoing help is $750 to $1,500 a month, and getting found by AI is $1,500 to set up plus $500 a month. Work at your business is a paid add-on. You shouldn’t have to get on a call to find out what something costs.

How much does AI setup cost for a small business?

With me, the audit costs a beer at Line Creek for my first 10 founding clients, the two-week Sprint is $2,500, and ongoing help is $750 to $1,500 a month. Small business AI shops usually charge $5,000 to $15,000 for a fixed project, and one company that shows up for AI help around here charges $10,000 just for an assessment.

Why is the Sprint a fixed price?

About two-thirds of small businesses say they want a fixed price on their first AI project, and I agree with them. You get two weeks, a set list of what gets built, and one number.

What tools do you use?

Whatever fits the job, set up in accounts you own. Usually that’s Claude or ChatGPT plus AI features inside software you already pay for. No vendor pays me to recommend them.

How fast will I see results?

The Sprint setups are working when the two weeks end, so you get hours back right away. Getting recommended by AI takes longer, usually two to four months of steady reviews and listings.

Can you just train my team instead of building things?

Yes. The Sprint already includes a video training session for your staff, and if training is all you want, tell me at the audit and I’ll plan it that way.

Can you come to my business?

Yes, as a paid add-on. An audit at your business is $1,500, and training on location is $750 per session. Sprint training and monthly calls happen on video, which is how I keep the rest of the prices where they are.

What happens after the 30 days of help?

Everything keeps running without me. Some people move to the monthly plan and some just call when something changes.
