I’m Kevin, and I live here.
I spent fifteen years building the systems behind sales and customer teams at software companies, most recently as the first operations hire at Pearl, a dental AI company. I run Revductive and I live in Peachtree City. Bubble City AI brings the same work to businesses in my own county.

Why I started this.
For fifteen years my job has been the same thing under different titles. I find the work that takes up most of a team’s time and build systems so they don’t have to do it by hand anymore. Lately that’s mostly been AI. At Pearl, one reporting setup I built saved the team fifteen hours a week. I also co-founded a healthcare software product.
When I looked at who was offering AI help to businesses in Fayette County, it was mostly out-of-state agencies with a copied page for every city, and one of them charged $10,000 for an assessment. At the same time, Launch Fayette was running classes for business owners who didn’t know where to start with AI, and the chamber was hosting AI lunch sessions.
So I started Bubble City AI. It’s the same approach I use with software companies, priced for local businesses. People around here call Peachtree City the Bubble, and I wanted the name to make it obvious that this business is from here.
How I work
You own everything
Every tool goes in your accounts, with written instructions and training for your staff. If we never talk again after I hand it over, it all keeps working.
Prices on the website
The audit costs a beer and the Sprint is $2,500. A first AI project shouldn’t be an open-ended monthly bill.
I’ll tell you when it’s not a fit
Some jobs should stay with a person, and some businesses aren’t ready yet. When that’s true, the scorecard says so.
What clients say
These are Revductive clients, mostly software and B2B companies.
Proposals, 80% faster
“We fixed several pain points that were hindering my ability to scale, including cutting the time to produce customized proposals by over 80%.”
From first contact to closed deal
“Kevin mapped our entire journey from prospecting to first contact to closed deal, cleaned up our data, and put in place a pipeline framework and automations that give us real visibility and a scalable growth engine to build on.”
A messy system, cleaned up
“He helped us turn early-stage HubSpot chaos into real operational clarity. The real value was that he thinks like a team operator, not just a consultant, which has made all the difference.”
Questions that come up
Why should a local business trust you over a bigger agency?
I’ve spent fifteen years doing the work that agencies sell, as the person inside the company who built the systems. I also live here, so my name and my Google reviews are tied to every job I do in this county.
Is Bubble City AI part of Revductive?
Same founder, two separate businesses. Revductive works with software companies, and Bubble City AI does the same kind of work for local small businesses at local prices.
Why "Bubble City"?
People around here call Peachtree City the Bubble. I picked the name so it’s obvious this business is from here.
